half time performance - should have been

as jason and i were driving home (ok, only he was driving and i had a headache as the sun was in my eyes, none the less, we were talking) we discussed possible better performances for the super bowl half time show...
these guys came to mind and we think this would be excellent for next year - PEARL JAM... who doesn't love pearl jam - i know nickelback seems like the obvious choice, but i've heard of alot of people, including myself, who don't like nickelback, but i've never heard a person say, 'i can't stand pearl jam', never heard it...
so, i'm sure this will get into the right hands and that i'll see pearl jam next year at half time

I can't believe you don't like Nickelback. You're nuts. WAY better choice than PEarl Jam (who I say take or leave, I don't really care.)

lets please get off that zz top thing... i don't really know why i mentioned zz top... other than they look like cousin it and cousin it's cousin...

and i don't know why i don't like knickelback, or why i don't like rascal flatts, or why i don't like 50 cent... these things cannot be helped i guess

I am not crazy 'bout Pearl Jam 'cept for their rendition of Last Kiss...

I like Prince a lot, but I do not see the appeal of him for the Superbowl fans. Yes. SOmething more classic rock like Jon Cougar or Bon Jovi strikes me as the Superbowl half time show type. I could definitley see Nickelback there.

Or Bjork!!!!?

well... brian urlacher (middle linebacker for the bears) did date paris hilton... so that got me thinking that perhaps a combo of paris hilton, britney spears, and linsey lowhan... i'm sure that'd go over well and not have any 'flashing' incidents like janet had...

Oh yes, Bon Jovi!! That'd be good.

my vote is with Pearl Jam or (a new entre) U2. These bands invented rock and have never failed. I'm definitly not hot on Nickleback. No depth.
